What is the currency of the prices displayed on the site? All prices are in EUR or can be changed to US dollars and CAD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship? We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to ship. Average shipping times are 6-11 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 48 hours after your order has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at bonheurdufelin@gmail.com .
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What should I do if there is a problem? We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense , once the product is received, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in the process of being delivered, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do? If you misspelled or auto-completed an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address given is incorrect, please notify us via email at bonheurdufelin@gmail.com . If the address given is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. Average shipping time is 6-11 business days.
