Return policy


Return Deadline

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must return it at your own expense , once the product is received, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in the process of being delivered, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at bonheurdufelin@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to correct it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and personalized products (for example, special orders or personalized items). Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To get a new item, return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without having to justify your decision. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund was approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed depending on your bank or credit card company.
